Pumpkin Carving

This weekend we did lots of fun and festive fall activities.  On Saturday Nick baked a delicious apple pie, and then we carved pumpkins while Cameron supervised us.

 

 

 

 

Then on Sunday, Auntie Mindy came over with cousin Timber and we had some pumpkin fun!

Pumpkin Patch

We took Cameron to his first pumpkin patch today on Sauvie Island.  He had no idea what was going on of course, and was probably on extreme sensory overload because the place was beyond packed.  But we had fun getting some pictures amongst the pumpkins and picking out our pumpkins to take home.

2 Month Roundup

Phew!!!  What a hectic, and amazing two months it has been.  Time has flown by and I can't believe our little boy is 2 months old already.  On the one hand, it seems like he was just born yesterday.  But on the other, it somehow feels like he has always been with us.  He definitely keeps us busy and on our toes!  So busy that it has taken me two months to update this blog!  So be sure to scroll through all the posts I just added to catch you up on everything.  I'll be better about posting from here on out!

Cameron just had his two month check up at the Doctor's.  He is now 12lbs 3oz and 23.5 inches long.  He got shots, which of course he wasn't happy about.  But otherwise he is happy and healthy and a very strong little boy.  It's amazing to look back and see how tiny he was! 

We're so excited for what the next days, weeks and months will bring as we watch him grow and become a little boy.  We love you Cameron!

I attempted to do a photo shoot with Cameron a few weeks ago.  He wasn't quite sleepy enough to get the shots I wanted, but it was fun anyway. :)

A boy and his toys

Cameron and I spend a big chunk of our day playing together.  He's becoming more and more interactive every day.  He loves his rattles and Baby Einstein music toys, and enjoys laying on his playmat or sitting in his Bumbo chair.

Cameron is becoming quite the talker!  He has tons of noises, and loves to show off his big grin.  His favorite place to "chat" with you is on his changing table.  And he has lots to say!!
